The Charlotte office of Wood Partners oversees development and construction for the Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee markets.

This region has seen dramatic growth over the past decade.  Much of this growth has occurred in the metros of Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham and Hampton Roads, VA.  All home to innovative and strong companies, mild climates and a high quality of life, we expect the region’s population growth to continue, creating strong demand for multifamily housing in the future.

Established in 1998, our Charlotte office is one of the larger offices in the Wood Partners network.  We have a long, successful history of developing and building a wide variety of rental product types including medium to high density garden, urban infill and mid-rise communities.  In all, the Charlotte office has developed over 8,000 units since 1998.  The Charlotte office has also spear-headed the company’s specialized housing communities such as student, age restricted and workforce housing.
