Director
Brian Hansen is a Director of Development with responsibility for Wood Partners’ Southern California territory. His responsibilities include the oversight of development, financing and asset management for all Wood Partners’ activities in Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County and the Inland Empire.
Hansen joined the company in 2006 and, since then, has been actively involved in the management, origination and financing of more than $250 million worth of developments.
Before joining Wood Partners, Hansen worked as a Senior Analyst for Analysis Group, an economic consulting firm and, prior to that, was employed at The Federal Reserve in Washington D.C. working as a Research Analyst for the national GDP forecast.
Hansen earned his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina, and his bachelor’s degree from Colby College.
