Todd McCulloch is a development director with responsibility for Wood Partners’ Texas operations. He has been actively involved in the origination, finance and development of more than 2,100 multifamily units valued in excess of $325 million.
McCulloch joined Wood Partners in 2005. In 2006, he opened Wood Partners’ Dallas office. Since that time, Wood Partners has consistently ranked as one of the most active multifamily developer/builders in North Texas. Before joining Wood Partners, McCulloch worked for six years as a broker in CB Richard Ellis’ Corporate Services Division.
McCulloch earned an MBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin where he also earned a bachelor’s degree.
