Sarah Murray is a director who handles financial administration. She is responsible for managing the internal financial and tax reporting requirements for the Wood Partners directors, as well as assisting with financial and tax reporting for many of the separate entities involved with Wood Partners-sponsored communities. Providing development partners with tax, financial and legal expertise during loan closings and dispositions makes her a key part of all Wood Partners business transactions.
Before joining Wood Partners in 1998, Murray was with Trammell Crow Residential, where as Controller she managed all accounting and reporting functions. Prior to TCR, she spent five years with Arthur Andersen & Company, where she served clients in the real estate, banking, manufacturing and not-for-profit sectors.
Murray holds an Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
