Stone Place is a 212-unit project that consists of one new garden style building, two new midrise buildings and one adaptive reuse of an historic mill building.  The mill building was the original home of the Boston Rubber Shoe Company and features fine brick detailing on its structural brick façade, expansive windows, exposed wood beams and a dramatic tower feature.  The property is a short walk from the Oak Grove Station of the MBTA’s Orange Line of the subway system, which enables a 20-minute commute to downtown Boston.
