We partnered with the Charlotte Housing Authority to develop a 120 unit, affordable senior community in southwest Charlotte. We have utilized Low Income Housing Tax Credits to finance the construction of the project. We broke ground in the 4Q of 2010 and delivered the last units in 4Q 2011!
