In North Carolina, the cities of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill are often referred to as “The Triangle”, one of the most dynamic markets in the southeastern United States.  The Triangle is home to some of the fastest growing and most innovative companies in the country in large part due to the Research Triangle Park, a massive tract of land dedicated to and filled by research and development facilities from around the world.  The Triangle also boasts a number of top ranked educational institutions such as Duke University, the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and North Carolina State.

In Virginia, Wood Partners has been active for over a decade in several high barrier to entry markets such as Charlottesville, Richmond and Norfolk - Tidewater.  These markets are exceptionally difficult to enter but have proven exceptionally valuable to our investors.
