As you know, Wood Partners recently constructed a regional sanitary sewer lift station, forcemain and gravity sewer improvements as part of your apartment development project in the city of Harrisonburg. The gravity sewer improvements included replacement of existing 8" sewers in established residential neighborhoods with a larger diameter pipe to carry the new capacity resulting from your development. I want to commend you and your team for their excellent communication and cooperation with the city throughout the design and construction of this complex project. The construction of the lift station went smoothly and it was delivered within the time parameters that were required.
